Refund Policy

We will happily accept your return for a refund of your original purchase price, less the shipping costs. Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase. All products must be returned in their original condition. To begin the return process, please call 513-475-6159 or email our Returns Department at cnzshop@kmssa.com.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE INCLUDING THE HIPPO GARDEN STATUES.
